Nani's Bowls (Chef Amy's Catering)

I knew coming down Trout Creek Pass that I was going to stop and eat at Nani's Bowls. I've been wanting to for a while. I kept seeing good fresh menu options on facebook. I totally avoided the downtown BV parking. Had the whole shaded backyard picnic area to myself. Which was perfect. The mountain views The food was perfect. Fresh, great flavors, good ingredients. It was exactly what I wanted, Some space to enjoy a great mid day break and nourish the soul.

Chef Amy was so easy to work with and the food she catered for my 40th birthday was so delicious!! Especially the flourless chocolate cake! Everything about her catering service was seamless and perfection!

Amy recently catered our wedding (100 people) and did an incredible job. Her and her staff were so professional and cleared the tables after service! Her food was delicious and our guests were very happy with the food!

I recently had the pleasure of trying Nani Bowls and was thoroughly impressed! Her menu features an enticing combination of various fresh dishes and delicious street tacos. The Salmon Dish was perfectly cooked, flaky, and packed with flavor, while the Street Tacos were authentic and incredibly satisfying. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the service was friendly and efficient. This food truck is definitely a must-try for anyone craving high-quality food and fantastic service in a beautiful setting.

Such a great option for breakfast or lunch in BV! Love not having to deal with Main St parking in the summer and great mix of different menu options. Really good amount of food too..

Amy made it easy to throw our staff a lovely party even on a tight budget. Her food catered to a variety of tastes and appetites and all tasted wonderfully. She worked with us on the menu and even contributed to the decor and a beautiful table! I was coming straight from work and she put my mind at ease with her professionalism and demeanor. Thanks Amy!

I love Nani's Bowls!! The flavor combinations and options are perfect and so delicious. I enjoyed my breakfast bowl this morning and it warmed my soul. This is tummy filling food truly made and served with love.

Our son and daughter-in-law were married this past October in beautiful Buena Vista, Colorado. We contacted Amy to cater the event, and she did an amazing job! We had 150 hungry people! Amy set up her food truck right on site - and prepared a fantastic meal. She had a crew of folks there to help keep food, dishes and plates moving - and Amy provided a stress free meal on time and on budget! If you have an event, and you are looking for great food and great service - you need to call Amy! (Oh, and her sweet potato dish was to die for! We had a lot of people asking us to get her recipe!)
